A Pirate's Life for Me!

The sea smells sweetly in the salty air,
The call of gulls in the clear blue sky,
The clash and bang of a sword and gun pair,
The sound of our dearest friends saying bye,
What an exciting life that we all lead!
Even though we don't lead a peaceful life,
Like sowing and harvesting a plant seed,
We, wholeheartedly, accept this great strife.
However, a lonesome life we don't lead.
Because we spend months and years out at sea
And we don't sail at a lightning fast speed.
The only time treasure shines beautifully
When you find it with a crew of friends.
That is why the pirate life will never end.
